The following conditions apply exclusively to all services. Deviations from these terms and conditions, supplementary agreements and arrangements must be in writing or expressly confirmed in writing. German law applies exclusively to the respective contractual relationship. In the event of non-compliance with the terms and conditions, in particular in the event of late payment by the customer, Independent-Office is entitled to suspend or cancel existing orders in whole or in part until the conditions are met.
The contents of my site were created with the greatest care. However, I cannot accept any liability for the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of the contents. As a service provider, I am responsible for my own contents on these pages in accordance with § 7 paragraph 1 German Telemedia Act (TMG). However, according to §§ 8 to 10 German Telemedia Act (TMG), as a service provider, I am not obligated to monitor submitted or stored third-party information or to search for circumstances that indicate illegal activities. Prices are exclusive of VAT at a rate of 19%. Services and deliveries are invoiced and payable immediately without deduction. In individual cases, direct debit is possible. The Independent Office reserves the right to exclude customers who are in arrears from further services, even if corresponding contracts have been concluded. Price changes, misprints and errors are reserved.
If a customer withdraws from their order for services, the customer must pay a flat-rate compensation of the calculated invoice amount for the lost profit or for services already provided. Complaints will only be accepted if they are declared as a service. The Independent Office is only liable for damages caused by gross negligence or intent. A maximum of 5% of the order value will be set as compensation. No liability is accepted for errors in the writing and calculations.
